I returned home from work, I realized I had no heat. We were having a snowstorm that day, and the roads were a mess. I called your company and they were very honest with me, stating they could not even guarantee to repair my furnace as the brand name is Armstrong and they were not sure if they would have the part the furnace may need. They recommended that I try and contact an Armstrong repair service person … When I did, the call out fee and the timeframe were very unreasonable. I called Cooper back and they said they could be out in a couple hours. He was very honest regarding the warranty of the circuit board he replaced.
