At Cooper Heating & Cooling, we think customers deserve better. That’s why we’re proud to offer a 1-year renewable warranty program. Working with your existing parts and labor warranties, we’ll ensure you stay compliant with your manufacturer’s policies and get all your claims covered, but without any red tape or hoops to jump through.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
When you sign up for a 1-year renewable warranty, we’ll schedule an annual maintenance visit. The cost is $159 for maintenance on your first piece of equipment and $129 for any additional units. Cooper will cover the warranty claims upfront if we uncover any problems that fall under warranty (e.g. replacement parts or repairs to major components). You won’t have to contact anyone, fill out any forms, or deal with the hassle of getting reimbursed. We’ll take care of everything on your behalf. At the end of 1 year, your warranty will be reset upon annual maintenance, and your coverage will continue.
Acting as an intermediary between our customers and manufacturing partners, we’ve found this program efficient, seamless, and above all, successful.
