How it works
Our AC maintenance process
We make it easy to schedule service. You can either call us at (719) 430-5630 or book your appointment online.
On the day of your appointment, one of our HVAC experts will arrive at your home on time. After they greet you and discuss what the maintenance service will consist of, they will get to work inspecting your AC system. They will check your thermostat, relay, electrical wiring, coils, fans, and other AC parts. When they finish the inspection, your technician will provide you a detailed report of their findings. In the report, your technician will make honest recommendations on any potential repairs that might be needed.
Post-inspection, your technician will get to work maintaining the AC parts they inspected. For example, your technician will replace your air filter, calibrate your thermostat, clean your ductwork, check for air leaks, check for refrigerant leaks and clean your coils. They will finish their maintenance within 30 minutes to an hour. Afterward, they will answer any questions you may have and clean up after themselves.
