The heat pump’s size. A heat pump is sized in “tonnage”, which refers to how much heat the system can remove/add to your home in a certain timeframe. On your scheduled day, your Comfort Advisor will show up and inspect your home and current heating system then chat with you about your budget and needs. From there, they’ll help you choose a system that works best for you and your home.

Let us install your system.

Once you choose a system, we’ll schedule a day/time to install it. And on that day, we’ll show up as promised, meet you and explain all the work that will be done. Then, we’ll place drop cloths, don shoe covers and get to work. Most installs take about 8 hours to complete, after which we’ll train you how to use your new system.
