Cesar Rodriguez performed service. He was early, communicated schedule well, was professional, polite, thorough, checked everything out, etc. Bottom line: he’s the tech I’d prefer over and over. Cooper performed our service this time but has been our go-to company for everything since we moved to Colorado. They have been fantastic for heating, humidification, air quality, and cooling. I’m never disappointed. Thanks.
