How much does AC maintenance cost in Denver?
Being a top family-owned business in Denver, we prioritize the trust of our customers. You can rest assured when you hire Cooper, you’re hiring respectful, customer-focused technicians who have been background checked and drug tested.
The two main factors that dictate the cost of your AC maintenance include:
How extensive the maintenance service is. The more thorough your service is, the more it will cost. Most HVAC contractors use a maintenance checklist of AC components to inspect, clean and tune during the visit. The longer this maintenance checklist is, the more thorough your maintenance service. For example, when you hire Cooper Green Team, you can be assured that we will follow a thorough 17-point AC maintenance checklist.
The contractor you hire. Properly-executed AC maintenance can help save you money by preventing a pricey breakdown down the line. With this in mind, you’ll want to go with an experienced contractor like Cooper Green Team. Even if the experienced contractor charges slightly more for maintenance services, they have the knowledge and know-how needed to inspect multiple AC parts and fix any issues before they snowball. Meanwhile, a less experienced contractor may rush the job or focus solely on upselling you on repairs you don’t necessarily need.
Our AC maintenance process
On the day of your appointment, one of our friendly HVAC technicians will arrive at your home on time. After they greet you, they will get to work performing a thorough inspection of your AC. They will inspect the thermostat, relay, electrical wiring, coils, fans, and other components. After the inspection, your technician will provide a detailed report of their findings. They will make honest recommendations for AC repairs if needed.
As part of your maintenance visit, your technician will replace your air filter, calibrate your thermostat, clean your ductwork and clean your coils. They’ll also check for air leaks and refrigerant leaks. The maintenance visit will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. After our technician finishes maintaining your AC, they will clean up after themselves and leave your home spotless.
We care about your service experience. If you think we could have improved on anything, contact us to let us know.

John Loos did a terrific job taking care of our AC & Heater maintenance, answering questions about filtration, care, and adding a halo system to our furnace. I look forward to him returning to install our new Halo unit.
We’ve used Cooper for the past five years. Every person we worked with has always been kind, professional, and takes time to answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed or pressured. They’ve replaced our furnace, water heater, and added an AC unit. They are also our first call with plumbing and electrical work. They are my first and only recommendation for any of these needs!
