On the day of your appointment, one of our friendly HVAC technicians will arrive at your home on time. After they greet you, they will get to work performing a thorough inspection of your AC. They will inspect the thermostat, relay, electrical wiring, coils, fans, and other components. After the inspection, your technician will provide a detailed report of their findings. They will make honest recommendations for AC repairs if needed.
As part of your maintenance visit, your technician will replace your air filter, calibrate your thermostat, clean your ductwork and clean your coils. They’ll also check for air leaks and refrigerant leaks. The maintenance visit will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. After our technician finishes maintaining your AC, they will clean up after themselves and leave your home spotless.
