How much does a furnace installation cost in Denver?
We offer the highest efficiency equipment available in the industry (hence our nickname, the “Cooper Green Team”). Yes, our products typically come with a higher price tag but our customers enjoy much lower energy bills throughout the lifetime of the furnace. In fact, over 41+ years of business, we’ve helped Denver homeowners save more than $167 million by upgrading to high-efficiency, energy-saving systems.

The cost of a furnace installation in the Denver area varies widely depending on many factors, some of which include:
The system’s size. Furnaces are sized by how much heat they produce in one hour, which is measured in “BTU output”. The higher a furnace’s BTU output, the more it will cost. The only way to know what size furnace you will need is to have an HVAC technician perform a heat load calculation.
The system’s efficiency levels. All furnaces have an AFUE rating which tells you how efficient the system is. The higher the AFUE rating, the more the furnace will cost upfront. However, the higher the AFUE rating, the lower your monthly energy bills.
Comfort features & add-ons. Furnaces today come with a wide range of comfort features, such as modulating burners for more precise temperatures or variable blower motors for better airflow control. The more comfort features a furnace has, the more it typically costs.
Ductwork modifications. Over time, ductwork can become leaky and damaged. And sometimes, duct repairs and modifications are needed in order to ensure optimal energy savings and comfort. If ductwork modifications are needed, this will increase the overall cost of the installation project.

Crew was great!! Showed up on time and worked diligently to make sure that furnaces and air conditioners were installed and functioned properly. Home inspector was very impressed with the company’s work. Said it was first rate. Referred them to a family member who was also highly satisfied with their work.
