The flow rate of the tankless water heater. Flow rate measures how many gallons of hot water a tankless unit can provide in one minute. The higher the flow rate, the more expensive the tankless water heater will be.
The fuel type of the tankless water heater. Gas tankless water heaters cost more to install than electric ones, but they cost less to operate on a monthly basis.
The warranty length. Tankless water heater warranties vary in length. The longer the length of the warranty, the higher the up-front cost. That said, a longer warranty can reduce the cost of expensive repairs down the road.

You can schedule online or by calling us at (720) 605-7270. We’ll respond quickly to confirm a day/time for your in-home consultation with one of our Comfort Advisors.
