At Cooper, we offer the most efficient tank water heaters on the market. And our dedication to high-quality installations means your new tank water heater comes with a longer-lasting supply of hot water and lower energy bills.
How Much Does it Cost to Install a Tank Water Heater?
At Cooper, we offer the most efficient water heaters on the market and higher-quality installations than any competitor in the area. This provides our customers with energy savings throughout the lifetime of the water heater. Plus, our water heaters see fewer repairs and breakdowns (due to high-quality installation work). Simply put, our customers know they save the most money in the long run by choosing our team.
The capacity of the tank. The larger the tank, the more expensive the water heater. Keep in mind, that the tank size you need is the size you should get (no bigger, no smaller). Our plumbers can help you find the right size tank for your home so that you don’t waste money on an improperly sized system.
The Energy Factor (EF) of the system. A tank water heater’s efficiency is measured by its EF rating. The higher the rating, the more the unit will typically cost. However, the more efficient the water heater, the lower your monthly energy bills will be. Our team will help you pick a water heater that fits your installation budget and provides energy savings over the lifetime of the unit.
The warranty length. Water heater warranties vary in length. The longer the length, the higher the up-front cost. However, a longer warranty can protect you from expensive repairs.
Our water heater installation process
On your scheduled day, your Comfort Advisor will show up and inspect your home and current water heater then chat with you about your budget and needs. From there, they’ll help you choose a system that works best for you and your home.
Once you choose a new tank water heater, we’ll schedule a day/time to install it. And on that day, we’ll show up as promised, meet you and explain all the work that will be done. Then, we’ll place drop cloths and get to work. Most installs take about 3 hours to complete, after which we’ll teach you how to use your new high-efficiency water heater.
You’ll see significant energy savings after just the first month of using your new water heater. Plus, you’ll notice longer-lasting, more reliable hot water. It’s a win-win!
