Called Cooper Heating with an emergency water heating issue. Every single company I called was either too busy to have a person stop by and diagnose the issue or booked until Tuesday (it was only Friday night). To be without water that long would have been devastating. Regardless Cooper Heating had a technician to my house within 1.5 hours later. When Casey arrived at my front door he was very professional putting sleeves over his feet not to bring in snow. He also was fast, professional, and detailed in explaining our situation to us. We were absolutely satisfied with our experience with this company, and their great technician. Very knowledgeable. Thank you for getting our hot water going again, thank you isn’t enough.
