Problem: Kenneth, a Fort Collins homeowner, was having issues with his furnace. When he looked around online for an HVAC contractor, he was determined to find a contractor that would not upsell him on anything unnecessary. After seeing our excellent reviews, Kenneth reached out to us for a furnace repair.
Solution: Our office staff quickly scheduled a same-day furnace repair with Chandler, one of our heating experts. Chandler arrived at Kenneth’s home and quickly realized that the furnace issue was caused by a clogged furnace condensate drain line. After explaining the issue to Kenneth and what he would do to resolve the problem, Chandler got to work cleaning out the line. Once the job was done, our technician triple-checked for quality. Kenneth was so impressed that our team didn’t upsell him that he will be using us for other HVAC services.
With this cold of weather, there were many calls to Cooper. I was on hold for five minutes and they let me know where I was in the call line. I spoke with Jessica and she was very pleasant even with the phone ringing off the hook with people needing service and, of course, wanting to be first in line.
I dealt with Chandler Garrison from Cooper. I was very pleased with the service that Chandler provided. He let me watch what he was doing and he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He cleaned and tested then adjusted and tested. He checked the furnace’s pressure switches to see if there was any damage from the clog where water may have backed up. There was much more he did but that was what stuck out in my mind.
He could have very easily upsold me on a new furnace condensation trap but instead took the time to clean and test it. If you are in need of GREAT service, contact Cooper. You will not regret doing so.
