We scheduled our service and Cooper H&C had clear communication on when it was happening as well as texting us the names and pictures of the technicians who would be coming to our home. Chandler and Conner showed up in the timeframe as promised. They were very professional and worked on this big project for us. We were told it’s an all-day project of about 8 hours. It was! These two worked diligently and kept all the workspaces clean. They laid down protective tarps and were respectful of our space and home. We didn’t feel like we had to pick up or clean anything after they left.
